Shipping Policy

Order Processing

• Sellers must ship all confirmed orders within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• Tracking information must be uploaded to the Cypher order page for every shipment.
• Orders not shipped on time may be cancelled or penalized.

Shipping Labels

• Sellers may generate discounted labels on Cypher (Shippo integration) or use any carrier.
• If using an external label, the valid tracking number must be entered on Cypher.

Delivery Confirmation & Payouts

• Seller payouts are released 7–15 days after confirmed delivery, verified via tracking or buyer confirmation.
• Cypher may extend the hold where tracking is missing, stalled, or under review.

Lost / Undelivered Shipments

• Buyers must report non-delivery within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
• Cypher may mediate if tracking is invalid, incomplete, or indicates non-delivery.

International Shipping

• Sellers are responsible for customs declarations and any import duties/taxes.
• Cypher is not liable for customs or carrier delays.
