Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved for:
- Not Delivered – No confirmed delivery on tracking.
- Misrepresented – Condition, edition, authenticity, or contents differ from the listing.
- Damaged in Transit – Damage evident on arrival.
Buyer Requests
- File a request within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery for “not delivered”).
- Provide evidence where applicable (photos, video, packaging, or shipping label).
Seller-Initiated Refunds
- Sellers can issue refunds directly from their Cypher Seller Dashboard.
- Excessive refunds may trigger account review or suspension.
Cypher Mediation
- Cypher only intervenes if a seller refuses a valid refund.
- Cypher may issue the refund from the seller’s balance or withhold payouts pending review.
- Cypher’s decision is final and binding; sellers may appeal within 5 business days via support.
Returns
- If a return is required, buyers typically cover return shipping unless Cypher determines otherwise.
- Returns must include tracking and be shipped within 5 business days of approval.
